Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns on defective products. If your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can make it right.

How do I request a refund?

If you received a defective item, please reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the defect. Once verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Refunds are only available for defective items.

What counts as a defective product?

A defective product is one that arrived damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error. Normal wear and tear or buyer's remorse do not qualify.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

What if I ordered the wrong book?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
